Clear, well thought out, and packed with information, this blog caught our eye right away. It’s easy to navigate, especially with tabs that tailor content to a specific topic. There are posts on everything from new home sites in development to market summaries. A highlight among the posts was a review of the new incentive for Utah home buyers, and why it may actually be detrimental for the housing market. We highly recommend checking this one out—it’s insightful and really challenges why “free money” may not be so great in this particular instance. The authors also provide a wealth of information on Daybreak, a new home development located in South Jordan, Utah, that has won several awards already.
