The most important part of the blog is the content. This is true of any blog, and Dan doesn’t fail to deliver. He posts are written well and convey a sense of personality and place. His most recent post as of this review alerted readers to the abundance of snow available on the area’s ski slopes. But Dan also used the post to report on local sales statistics for the month of November. Another recent post provided detailed mortgage information, something we always like to see, and another offered advice on the changing property tax laws for the area. This is “insider info” you won’t find on a massive industry site.
