Bryan Watts

Bryan K. Watts, President and Founder of Genesis Funding Source, LLC, has more than 20 years of experience directing as many as 100 employees in companies with revenues in excess of $25 million. Bryan has led these companies through start-up, survival, turnaround and growth modes.

Bryan has spent 20 years as a chief executive officer, president and executive vice president in the banking industry. His expertise in the structuring of debt & equity have been relied upon by large corporate clients for the past two decades.

Among his significant previous positions, Bryan served as Senior Vice President of First City Bancorporation which was later acquired by First Commercial Corporation and was later acquired by Regions Bank. He was President of Huntington State Bank and guided the bank in capturing 26% market share in the East Texas area. He is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Genesis Funding Source, LLC which is a leading provider of commercial real estate loans in the major markets (Houston, Dallas & Austin) in Texas. He also is currently the President of Genesis Realty Group which is a leading real estate firm that specializes in the sales of commercial real estate and residential property management.

Bryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Stephen F. Austin State University, is an Honors Graduate from the National Commercial Lending School at the University of Oklahoma, and maintains both securities and real estate licenses in the State of Texas.
