Prior to LeaderOne Financial, Chad Mullenix was partnered with Elite Financing Group in Austin, Texas. Chad began his real estate career in 2001 with Conseco Finance - a national mortgage & insurance company based in Indiana. In his capacity with Conseco Finance, Chad's responsibilities included sales, training, and managing a team for the branch. Conseco was then bought out by Countrywide Home Loans and Chad's team excelled to the highest production levels in Texas setting new records and ultimately promoting him to a Branch Manager. In his 9 years in finance, Chad has excelled as a "Team Player" educating and training many individuals in the industry today! Honesty and Integrity are the foundation to how we build our business.

Chad has leveraged his diverse background of experience in real estate to offer his clients with up front honest answers to every situation.
