Since its inception in 2009, our firm has been able to negotiate, assist and serve numerous families in the Chicagoland area. Ultimately, our goal is to negotiate discounts with the banks on behalf of our clients, residential and commercial real estate, appropriate to their settings while at the same time being extremely functional. We offer a wide range of services; from planning and negotiating REO's, Short Sales, and Foreclosures through acquisition, to Wholesaling, Fix & Flip, and Buy & Hold exit strategies.
