Outstanding Lender!Allen has helped me with several loans and refinances over the past 7-8 years. Without a doubt, the best lending experience I've ever had. I bought my first home back in July 2008 with a different lender. The lender basically took my information and got me a loan. Since then I have refinanced 2 times and bought another house. I have worked with Allen for all 3 transactions. He was kind enough to come to my house on a Saturday morning to close on one of the refinances when we were too busy during the week. When I bought my second house he came to my closing to make sure everything was alright, where as the previous lender didn't. Allen stays in contact personally to check up during the refinance or purchase process as well as afterwards. I have told him what rate I am looking for when rates are changing and if it gets to that rate he contacts me right away. We have talked not just about rates and refinancing, but also my options to be able to purchase additional houses so that I may plan my purchases and refinances out. I am detail oriented and Allen got me the information I requested no matter how fine of a detail. I have used the same real estate agent for all my purchases and Allen has worked non-stop with her and me to make sure we are all in synch. He's been diligent, honest, flexible, and trustworthy. I would and DO recommend him to anyone looking for any kind of financing service for real property. To top it all off he always gets me a great rate with the amount of money I am able to put towards closing and points.
