If you have credit, LTV, documentation challenges, or any other issues that disqualify you from A+ pricing we have tons of other options at fantastic rates.

Fair Fees - The reality is that it cost money to close a mortgage loan in today's market. We have extremely low overhead and charge the minimum fees to cover our costs without unneeded markups or junk fees. Every loan analysis I do will include a full cost, no cost, and low cost rate / fee break even analysis so we can match your borrowing needs to your loan.

Ethical Lending - I have achieved and maintained the Better Business Bureaus highest rating. I am proud to be Accredited and A+ rated by the BBB. Myself along with all of our loan officers are fully licensed, bonded, insured, and registered with the national mortgage lender system. Reputations are important, always check with your local BBB, your state, and the NMLS before you give anyone your personal information!

Experience - I have been I the mortgage business for over 10 years. What does that mean? To be honest not much..... A smart educated loan officer with 2 years experience that studies and keeps up with change is much more valuable in my mind than someone with 20 years experience who does little more than just punching a clock. What I can tell you is that I am admittedly a mortgage geek. I like to study technical manuals, Freddie and Fannie guidelines, sift through investor overlays, and find ways to get loans placed and closed at the most competitive rates for my borrowers.
