I am a life long resident of South Carolina, and graduated University of South Carolina in 1996 with a degree in Finance. I started South Carolina Mortgage Associates in 1999. Since then have grown to be one of the largest private mortgage bankers in South Carolina with 8 offices to serve you. I am currently on the legislative committee for the Mortgage Bankers Association for the Carolinas. We have years of experience in originating goverment loans, FHA, VA, and RD. Also living on the coast of South Carolina I have gained a lot of experience in the Jumbo Loan market and can provide the absolute lowest rates possible. The jumbo loan market is very specialized and in searching for rates don't forget that you need somebody with experience in that field of finance.
