I have been in the mortgage business for over 20 years. I have seen trends come and go but basic customer service has kept me around. I am an expert at FHA, USDA, VA, CHDAP and several other acronym loan programs. What I do is listen to my clients and then create a custom plan to get them the home loan they need.

I love helping first time buyers and self employed people. One of my favorite things to do is help someone who owns their own business after they have been turned down by a lazy loan officer who was simply not willing to take the time to help that person.
