I am a loan officer with a boutique firm in Winter Park. I specialize with Down Payment Assistance for First Time Homebuyers. Our company offers financing for Purchases, Refinances, Reverse Mortgages, commercial loans and loan modifications.

I stand out because Down Payment Assistance is my business. I have a good working relationship with the coordinators of most of the SHIP programs, which helps me to stay on top of the everchanging guidelines. I have closed loans with SHIP from Seminole, Orange and City of Orlando and the Florida Housing Mortgage Revenue Program.

I enjoy working with First Time Homebuyers because there is nothing better than sitting at the closing table beside a person who never thought they could own their own home. When my clients find out that they qualify for down payment assistance, they are always amazed when they find out how much money they can get.

I've been working with the various SHIP programs since 2003. Prior to that, I worked in the legal field for longer than I would like to mention. During that time, I became burnt out and decided to redefine my purpose. I wanted to be Master, I mean.. Mistress of My Universe so I became a licensed mortgage broker.

I am always looking for different programs that will help my clients. I also offer credit counseling not credit repair.

I teach homebuyer classes for non-profit organizations. I also do presentations for realtors and other mortgage brokers.
