Jim Litsis has worked in the financial services industry for three decades. After having served as an aircraft maintenance specialist he received an honorable discharge from the United States Air Force in 1972.

Jim attended USC Marshall School of Business and earned a B.S. degree in Finance and Marketing in 1976. Jim is also a life member of the Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Fraternity. In 1976 he became a Real Estate Agent and in 1991 he became a Loan Officer at Downey Savings and Loan.

In 1996, Jim founded Fairview Mortgage Capital, Inc. whose primary focus is assisting clients achieve financial independence. During the past 15 years, the company has received numerous Volume Loan Awards by Countrywide Home Loans and Bank of America. In 2009, Fairview Mortgage became an affiliate of Pinnacle Mortgage Capital which enabled the company to become a Direct Lender.

An accomplished man with family values and married for over 41 years, his 25 year old daughter has followed in Jim's financial footsteps--working as a CPA for the global, public accounting firm, Ernst & Young.

As Founder & President of Fairview Mortgage, Jim is committed to helping people find and apply for the right mortgage as well as making sure they are fully informed about the different kinds of mortgages available. Working in the best interests of homebuyers and always offering personalized service, his mission is to educate people about mortgages, finances and credit repair, whilst carefully guiding them through the process.
