The Absolute Professional!

Top Notch Professional

Joe did the loan for my house purchase. This man is a rare example of a true professional. From the very first conversation with him, I noticed a big difference from others (and I've talked to many). He was completely knowledgeable with all aspects of home loans and everything else involved in the house purchase process. During the pre-application process he listened to a barrage of my questions, probable what-if scenarios (how much will I lose if this goes wrong, etc.) and on each of those he had an answer (and he suggested tweaking the loan amount for a better rate). During the whole process, he was able to predict potential problems (with other parties involved) and guide me to a speedy closing. Excellent communication skills. He is available all the time (Joe, do you sleep at all?). His responses are super fast, you send him an e-mail, response comes within minutes. Joe is an honest person. This is a nice change from others that use various tricks in order to squeeze more dollars as one gets near the closing date. Joe even pointed out the unnecessary charges on the HUD, which got corrected. Not to mention that the appraisal fee was even less than what he estimated at the application process. Joe, thanks again for helping my micro-managing, always-inquisitive self during this house purchase.
