Joe Phalen

Joe is the Director of Business Development for Guaranteed Rate. He started in mortgage origination in 1992 and has been recognized as a top 200 producer nationally for the last decade. He joined Guaranteed Rate in March of 2010 as a Branch Manager and was promoted to director of Business Development in December of 2010.

Joe's focus is to empower our sales force to reach their goals through sharing strategies, and operational efficiencies that helps our Loan Officers to become top producers. This is accomplished by using the efficiencies of our unique POD model, which allows our sales force to grow their business and improve their quality of life."
