My main areas of responsibility center on regulatory compliance, licensing, and risk mitigation. All matters related to interaction between the company and our business and lending partners are overseen by me. Disputes, whether initiated by regulators, consumers, and/or vendors are also addressed by me. I oversee general R.E.S.P.A/H.U.D., and State of Indiana Mortgage Loan Broker Act compliance. I am responsible for instituting and training staff on policy and protocol changes to ensure compliance with current and new matters of regulatory law. I serve as company controller including accounts receivable and accounts payable (QuickBooks) and head of human resources.
