Larry Kantner

I have been in the mortgage business since 2000 when I started as a retail loan rep for a large lender. I became a loan origination manager within nine months and moved my family from Pennsylvania to Chesapeake, Virginia to oversee our offices in Virginia Beach and Richmond and help grow the wholesale business there. I spent a year in Virginia, and then another year in Rockville, MD and then a year in Mount Laurel, NJ growing teams of wholesale reps. I then moved into the retail mortgage side when we expanded into a new retail channel. There we originated direct retail loans and also had the ability to "broker" other lender's products. I am now on the Wells Fargo Home Mortgage team and can originate residential mortgages anywhere in the US. On a personal note, I am married to Kim Kantner, and we have two beautiful girls, Taylor, 16 and Riley, 9. We live in Newtown, PA and love it here!
