I am a loan officer withFreedom Mortage Lending one the largest FHA lender in the country. I specialize with Down Payment Assistance for First Time Homebuyers. Our company offers financing for Purchases, Refinances, Reverse Mortgages,203K commercial loans and loan modifications.

I stand out because Down Payment Assistance is my business. I have a good working relationship with the coordinators of most of the SHIP programs, which helps me to stay on top of the everchanging guidelines. I have closed loans with SHIP from Seminole, Orange and City of Orlando and the Florida Housing Mortgage Revenue Program.

I enjoy working with First Time Homebuyers because there is nothing better than sitting at the closing table beside a person who never thought they could own their own home. When my clients find out that they qualify for down payment assistance, they are always amazed when they find out how much money they can get. .
