I had lost some equity in my home over the last few years, and I wasn't sure if I could even get a new loan. Paul walked me through my different options, and was constantly in contact with me throughout the process.Even when the appraisal didn't go through how we wanted, Paul wasn't phased and we went to "Plan B". He lowered my rate with no money out of my pocket, and made what could have been an uncomfortable, expensive process relatively painless.I can't thank him enough for all of his hard work. He did what a lot of other lenders weren't willing or able to do. Thanks, Paul.
