Roger Farah (707) 322-1100 24/7

A resident of Sonoma County since childhood, I love our community. My service to our community included a career as a Firefighter for the city of Santa Rosa, California (Cal Pers, IAFF) where I served for over 17 years and this has taught me how important it is to help others, how to get the job done, and the skills of being resourceful and efficient. While serving as a Firefighter, I continued on my educational path, achieving an AS degree from SRJC with Honors and a BA in Business from SSU.

Mortgage lending has been my passion for over 14 years and I have learned numerous strategies in setting up home loan programs which I tailor to your needs. My education in real estate investing and real estate tax planning has given me the opportunity to help investors with great success in their purchases. Our team at Mission Hills Mortgage will handle the whole process from start to finish for your home loan so you can relax and enjoy your new home.

Real estate professionals always enjoy working with me because I am the home of the CODE 3 LOAN. When you need a loan fast, we may be able to close a loan in as little as 21 days. With "in house" processing and underwriting, there are no committees and you will always know the status of your loan with continual updates by me, throughout the process. Fast and simple is the way we do business.

There are special loans available 1st Time Home Buyers in California with as little as 1% down payment, and I am Certified in this program. Also, CalSTRS (Ca State Teachers) can obtain a loan with as little as 3% down payment and I offer these programs.
Loan Programs:
o 1st Time Home Buyers
o Purchase and refinance for owner occupied, 2nd homes and investment properties
o FNMA, FHA, CalSTRS, VA and jumbo programs
