I grew up in Lehi, Utah (back when it was still a pretty small town). I am a proud father of two wonderful kids, Chris (13) and Kenya (10). I am also fortunate to have a wonderful, beautiful wife, Isela ;-). We live in South Jordan and absolutely love everything Utah has to offer, in all seasons. We also love to vacation in Mexico. Our entire family speaks and understands Spanish so we have a lot of fun.

In the year 2000, I began working for a financial services company offering life- insurance, securities, retirement plans, etc. In summer of 2001, the company I was working for introduced a mortgage affiliation with a local mortgage company, and I was introduced to the mortgage industry. At the time, there was a great "refi-boom" approaching. With the September 11 attacks, the bond and mortgage markets were changed, and a refinance boom began. For 9 years now, I have helped hundreds of families, professionals, entrepreneurs, and friends realize the dream of homeownership and great investment opportunities.

In today's crazy market, interest rates remain very low, and purchase money very active. We have developed super efficient systems and processes to make each mortgage transaction flow more smoothly. As a Mortgage Broker, we are able to offer record setting transaction times and more products at lower rates. With an enormous portfolio of loan programs and creative financing methods, we are able to offer the right loans to the right people. Our track record of great service, follow-through, and quality business has ranked us high among some of the country's largest secondary-mortgage market investors.
