Timothy Singleton

I graduated with a business degree in 1999 from The University of North Texas. After working as an electricity broker after college, I moved into mortgages in 2004. I worked for a wholesale lender as an Account Executive until the end of 2007, when the economy began to crash. The company I worked for, WMC Mortgage shut its doors, and I decided to start originating at one of the worst times in history.

With so much going against the mortgage industry and professionals that chose to hang in there, I put superior customer service first and found that there is still a huge need for ethical loan officers who understand the changes in the marketplace and are able to navigate their clients through these turbulent waters to a successful closing.

I offer my clients a broad understanding of products, guidelines, service and have seen plenty of unique deals that I have a solution for most problems I encounter.
