I have been in Real Estate Industry (broker) since 1986. I began with my father's company, Look Realty (since 1963), Fremont, CA. My experience is in Real Estate Sales and Property Management since 1986. I earned my Business Degree - Cal State Hayward 1997. While selling real estate I also became a loan consultant - First Security Loan Corporation 1998. After that I was a loan consultant at State Wide Home Loans (Branch Office) 2001. I teach RE classes at Ohlone College, Fremont and Chabot College, Hayward, some evenings and online. I finished my MBA - Kaplan University (Honors) 2009.
