Forest Tardibuono is the Owner and Broker of Sun Pacific Mortgage & Real Estate which is a family run business since 1988. Along with his wife and partner Lynn, they formed Sun Pacific Mortgage with the ideal of helping people get quality real estate financing. Later on the Real Estate side was established as a complement to the rapidly expanding mortgage business.

Their stated purpose for the more than 22 years they have been in business is to educate borrowers and buyers so that they can make informed decisions. The testament to the importance of that purpose to educate is evident in the fact that the bulk of their business is from returning customers and the referrals by those same people. Informed clients truly appreciate the extra effort!
