ALL I CAN SAY IS THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU

I was having a NIGHTMARE when it came to buying my house, until I met BART. He took the time to calm me down, explain things in a matter that I actually understood, and got me the best rate and terms for my situation. The "REALTOR" that I was dealing with kept pushing me toward her in house lender and back up lender, and NONE of these PROFESSIONALS took the time to listen to my situation and possible complications. The REALTOR was more concerned about ticking off the seller agent, and getting her 3% rather than focusing on me "her client". She steered me toward her in house guy who essentially was a paper pusher and did not desire to look at anything that was not COOKIE CUTTER. AND the back up lender obviously was working full time some where else, and was not up to date on programs.Thank goodness I located this site, and came into contact with Bart and found out not only did he have many years of mortgage expertise, but he lends in every state. HOORAY! Whether you have an easy mortgage situation or a difficult mortgage situation, please call BART for a refinance or purchase loan. BART is AWESOME!

My Realtor said it could not be done!

I began working with a my realtor in December. Over and over she kept telling me I would have to pay cash for a condotel. I must have called a dozen lenders who kept on telling me they could get it done and then my contract would expire. After 6 months of heartache, I met Bart. Well, we now own a condotel in Hawaii and Bart Gabe helped us get our mortgage! Bart you and your family are always welcome use our vacation home!
