My business partner, Jason Hornsby, and I just recently opened our own branch of Top Flite Financial, Inc. in Little Rock, AR. While we enjoyed our time as loan officers with our previous employer, we lacked the flexibility and the suite of programs necessary to meet the individual needs of our customers. Our new-found operational freedom allows us to tailor solutions to met our clients' specific and individualized objectives.

Top Flite Financial, Inc. is a mortgage banking institution that was founded in Michigan in 2002 by a very entrepreneurial husband/wife team. From the beginning, they understood that they key to success would be giving their branches the tools they needed to address the needs of the communities that they knew better than anyone else and then getting out of the way. This operational strategy has allowed them to grow to over 70 branches nationwide in a very short period of time.
