Brett Pehrson

Brett is a Utah-State licensed mortgage loan officer with Advanced Funding Home Mortgage Loans, a 16 year old Salt Lake area mortgage brokerage. He has over 6 years experience as a loan originator with most of that time at Advanced Funding. He has been specially trained in areas of finance and customer service including advanced mortgage strategies and economics, bookkeeping and tax preparation, and communications training through the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Toastmasters International, holding the Competent Toastmaster (CTM) designation. In his spare time, he enjoys being with his family and friends, mentoring with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Utah, various music and movie experiences, and golfing.
