Don't hesitate, if you can secure Derrick as your loan officer you will be in good hands !! I have one word to describe Derrick and that is "dedicated". His email response time is second to none, many of my questions were answered with-in the hour. I had many obstacles with my loan (none of which were Derrick's fault) and Derrick stuck with me until the end. That is how you gauge a true professional, not how they act when things go well, but how they "react" when you encounter a hurdle. His knowledge of the additional options that were available showed me that he has both the skills and experience to get the job done. Derrick is extremely knowledgeable of the mortgage business from top to bottom. In the end his interest rate beat the street and I would highly recommend Derrick. Of the many financial transactions I perform no one agent has every gotten 5 starts from me. Derrick is the first and is well deserving of that ranking.
