With 20+ years of lending experience, Don Maher is a true "mortgage expert". Besides conventional loans, Don is able to offer portfolio loans for clients with special circumstances.

Don is a native Californian and has lived in Southern California since 1985. He attended Loyola Marymount University and graduated in 1988 where he obtained a Liberal Arts degree and was President of Phi Kappa Theta, a national fraternity.

His first job out of college was a loan officer position and he has been a home loan consultant ever since. He currently lives in the San Fernando Valley with his wife and two children.

He enjoys golf, mountain biking, and coaching his son's soccer team. Don believes that the quality of his business is directly proportional to the quality of the relationships he builds with his clients and business associates.
