I wanted to take this opportunity to acknowledge the outstanding job that Christian Stewart and Point One Mortgage did on my new home purchase. As everyone knows, purchasing a home is extremely stressful. Christian and the staff at Point One took away my concerns and got me the rate and payment that I wanted. After doing great research to find the best lender I decided that Christian's professional and honest approach was what I was looking for. The fees were very low and the experience was stress free. Everyone at Point One was great, especially my loan officer, Christian Stewart. He always promptly returned my calls and answered all my questions (and I had a lot). The whole team worked hard to get my loan closed on time, and I got a terrific rate with low fees. I also took painstaking efforts to research all the companies that I was initially considering giving my business to with the Department of Real Estate, and their company checked out perfectly.

My wife and I did quite a bit of shopping before settling on Christian and Point One Mortgage. I personally did not want to go through the headache of another refinance; but my wife wanted to see some options and I am very pleased that she did. Christian was a pleasure to work with. He was very prompt with his updates (in the past, I always had to pick up the phone to find out what was going on, he eliminated that call and our worries) and ended up getting us a very good 4.875% 30 year fixed rate. Needless to say, we were very exited by this revelation and the cost were minimal. With Christians help, it is safe to say we will no longer need another mortgage again (unless my wife want's a larger home, in which case, Christian and Point One will be our 1st call).
