I was referred to Jeff Albrecht by a friend who had used Jeff and he told me that I would enjoy working with Jeff.Having purchased other homes before, I really thoiught that I was sort of a know it all. Jeff was quite communicative with both myself and my Realtor.I would highly recommend using Jeff Albrecht for all of your mortgage needs - and he lends in all 50 states.Something that I didnt know - is that Jeff is only paid IF I did the loan with him and Colonial National Mortgage, so I didnt feel that there was this hidden idea of how much could someone make off of me if they are a mortgage broker?Peter ApelSan Diego, CA
