We are a full service mortgage banker serving all of Virginia. Our focus is on mortgage planning and getting our clients the "right" loan - not just the right price. Helping our clients understand tthe concept that "the best rate on the wrong loan could cost thousands of dollars" is our passion. All the while posing the question, "If what you thought was true about mortgages turned out not to be, how soon would you want to know?"

The Valley Mortgage Team is made up of two friends with an obsession for helping their clients. Jon Higginbotham is a CMPS certified mortgage planner that has worked with over 1,500 clients in the past 10 years to help structure their transaction in the most efficient manner possible. This means minimizing interest expense and taxes while maximizing cash flow and discretionary income for savings and investments.
