Outstanding rates. Honest

If you are searching for a mortgage professional who is honest and who will provide you with a fantastic rates, then I would recommend Joshua Coombs. When I was shopping for rates, a number of lenders gave me quotes and good faith estimates that weren't worth the paper they were written on. When it came time to lock the rate, "It was no longer available.", or "That other rate was for a 12 day lock.". That was not done by Joshua Coombs.Joshua gave me a number of options with differing interest rates and closing costs, and he explained the benefits of each. He took the time to meet me near my office and actually showed the rate sheets and wholesale websites of different lenders. At the end of the process he not only secured me a great rate, at absolutely no cost me, but he even had the lender pay me more than $1,000 towards my property taxes and insurance. It's nice to finally meet a person in the mortgage business who is advocating for me and my family instead of working for himself. I can't recommend Joshua highly enough. He is the first person I mention when friends and family need a mortgage. Thank you, Joshua.
