I graduated from California State University, Hayward (East Bay) in 1994 with a B.S. Business Administration, Finance with a minor Economics. In college, I took an interest in real estate and obtained my California Real Estate license. I began my mortgage lending career as a loan processor, but quickly new that I wanted to work directly with clients consulting and guiding them with the financing of their purchase home loan or refinance. Since then, I have had the privilege of working with and assisting many homebuyers and homeowners by focusing on their needs and utilizing the resources available for them. I ensure that my clients know and understand their options. My job is to guide you through the mortgage loan process and provide you with the information necessary to help you make the right financing decision for your particular situation. Whether you're a first time homebuyer, repeat buyer, or are looking for refinance assistance, I will provide you with the attention and traditional one of one service that so many people in today's fast paced environment have forgotten. I currently hold a California Real Estate Broker's License and am fluent in Spanish.
