After being in the business for over 10 yrs I'd like to tell prospective home buyers that the interest rate is not the most important thing about the home loan process. Things like financial planning and a long term goal are far more important.

I always treat every client like they were my only client. In that way I try to give them the best service and advice. I am not the cheapest or the most costliest I am somewhere in the middle.
