Lauren Boland

Lauren was born in Long Beach, California and attended Mark Twain, Hoover and Lakewood High School. She attended college at Marymount College in Palos Verdes where she received her Associate of Arts Degree and finished her Bachelor's Degree at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. She majored in Political Science and minored in business with an emphasis in entrepreneuring.

After college Lauren spent a few months in the medical supplies industry but soon realized her calling in the mortgage business. She started her career with a large mortgage company in 2002 but followed her entrepreneurial spirit and started her own mortgage company in 2005.

Lauren is extremely involved with two organizations that are near and dear to her heart. Habitat for Humanity is an organization that, if you know Lauren well, is perfect for her. She has been building things since she was a kid and giving back to others who don't have a home is a passion of hers.

Currently Lauren is with AKT American Capital in El Segundo California which is a direct lender. She has many options available to her clients and can even offer reverse mortgages.
