President Lee M. Eisenberg started in the mortgage business back in 1979 in Wilmington Delaware where as Vice President he ran production branches for Margaretten & Co. a national mortgage banker. In addition to being top production loan officer from 1979 to 1990 he was also responsible for training local realtors on FHA, VA & Conventional financing at the Board of Real Estate. The Veterans Affairs in Philadelphia appointed him their main contact for veterans that were stationed at the Dover Air Force Base for all matters concerning mortgage financing. For many years he also spoke at first time home buyer seminars throughout the state. In 1987 Lee served as President of the Delaware Mortgage Bankers Association.

In 1997 Lee formed Leading Edge Mortgage Corp. a license mortgage lender approved with the State of Florida as well as Federal House Administration (FHA) & the Veterans Administration (VA).

With over 30 years experience in the Mortgage Banking business Lee is very knowledgeable regarding FHA, VA, Fannie Mae (FNMA), Federal Home loan Mortgage Corporation (FHLMC) as well as Reverse Mortgages offered by FHA. Leading Edge Mortgage Corporation uses automated underwriting services provided by FNMA/FHLMC as well as FHA.
