I began my mortgage lending career back in 1985 in Northridge, CA at the Great Western Bank headquarters. I have spent the majority of my career in Palmdale, Lancaster and the Antelope Valley providing financing on FHA, VA, and Conventional financing for both purchases, refinances, and debt consolidations. I have recently moved to the East Bay area in Walnut Creek. As a licensed mortgage consultant I am able to only perform business within the State of California.

I am very patient and love working with first time homebuyers, people going through divorce, and working to help people with credit problems and/or bankruptcies to position themselves to purchase a home.

I am also a NMLS Continuing Education Facilitator and my previous experience as a Direct Endorsed Underwriter by HUD also helps me to guide you through the process in today's market with more understanding and clarity.
