Manuel Corral

Manuel Corral began his career in 1979 at the age of 19. On that same year, he was voted Rookie of the Year for the International Real Estate Network. In 1984, he was among the top 100 Sales Associates in Century 21 Region 5, and was the top commission Sales Representative for the San Gabriel Valley in September of that year.

In March of 1985, Manuel began working for Home Savings of America, where he began his career in the Mortgage Banking Industry. Manuel was a member of Home Savings of Americas prestigious Platinum Club and surpassed the quotas set by the company for loan production. He has also worked for prominent companies such as Great Western Bank and CTX Mortgage, one of America's largest homebuilders..

Manuel has been with Golden Empire Mortgage since 1996 and is currently a member of GEM's elite President's Club. He has consistently been in the top three salespeople in the company for the last 8 years, and has funded over $425,000,000 in loans. In 2004, Manuel Corral was awarded as the #1 Loan Officer for Golden Empire Mortgage, funding $64,850,980. In 2005, Manuel funded $82,042,285, exceeding his previous year in loan production. Currently, Manuel is coached by Building Champions, and has recently opened his own branch in December 2003, located in Pomona, California. He and his wife Teresa resides in Chino Hills, California, with their three children. Manuel credits his success to his belief in God, his family, and his many mentors and business associates.
