American Lending primarily underwrites, processes, and funds Conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-Conventional Jumbo Residential mortgage loans. When the need arises, we can also broker out any real estate loan to one of our approved institutional lending partners. American Lending opened its lending channel in January 2010. Although we are a new lender, our management, employee partners, and owners are seasoned lending professionals. As a locally owned company, we pride ourselves in service and long term community relationship one mortgage loan at a time.
