Phillip Epps

Phillip Epps joined W.J. Bradley Mortgage Corporation in 2010 after 13 years of service at Bank of America Home Loans. He was recognized as a top performer at Bank of America, earning their prestigious Platinum Club status in both 2002 and 2005. Phillip's career in the mortgage industry dates back to 1994. After graduating from the University of California, San Diego with a bachelors degree in Economics, Phillip joined a Fidelity Saving and Loan, a small savings and loan based in Kansas. In 1997 he joined Nations Bank which in 1998 merged to become Bank of America.

Phillip has been recognized as a loan originator that is extremely focused on finding solutions for home buyers. Over the 17 years he has been in the business, Phillip has gained valuable experience in many different types of mortgages: FHA and VA Loans, Jumbo and Super Jumbo mortgages and numerous first time home buyer programs. He works hard to find the perfect loan the fit his client's need and strives to make the mortgage transaction as smooth and seamless as possible.
