Dien moved to Seattle in 1984 from France and has resided in Washington state since his arrival. Dien is a University of Washington Alumni, he holds 2 Bachelor Degrees and an MBA with specialization in finance. Dien is an expert in Conventional, Jumbo, FHA and VA financing, which enables him to help many first time home buyers to achieve their "American Dream"
