Richard Breedon

Richard, born and brought up in Nottingham, England, is no stranger to Indiana. After spending 10 years as an employee, and graduate, of the University of Evansville, he returned to the banking and mortgage world and has managed and owned mortgage businesses in Indianapolis for the last 15 years. Prior to his work in Evansville, Richard was employed with Barclays Bank PLC for 11 years

Richard is married and lives with his wife, Cindy and four children in Indianapolis. In his spare time Richard loves to play the guitar and follows English soccer.

Richard is pleased that all of his business comes from continuing business client referrals as well as happy past clients. His integrity in all business relationships, extreme honesty and putting the customer first, comes through time and time again.

The new office of Sunset Mortgage Co dba A1 Mortgage Funding was founded in January 2010 and has enabled Richard and his staff to move to that next level with the stability and security of a well established mortgage bank. With their own underwriters and the ability to lend their own funds, the process of going from meeting a customer to closing the loan is a streamlined and controlled process.
