Proud owner of a lovely comfortable home thanks to Scott!

Just a month and a half ago I visited a local mortgage company to obtain a mortgage to buy a home that is absolutely perfect for my wife, our child and me. After seeing the home we got excited enough to bump up our plan of buying a home by a year. This home was going to sell fast and we thought we should act quickly. So, I visited a local bank and a mortgage originator who was a personal friend. Turns out, he did not think I could qualify immediately and asked me to return on June 15th. I was disappointed as he offered no real help in fixing the problem that was keeping me from getting immediately qualified. That's when I began to do some research and found Scott. I called Scott and within 3 days, he had my issue fixed and ready to start the loan process. Scott worked early on a Saturday morning with me to fix the issue. Just days later, I was pre approved to obtain a loan for the home. Might I also add that he provided that pre approval necessary to write a contract on the home at 9:00 at night! From that point on it was smooth sailing and he was able to get the closing set for our target date. The process was a breeze thanks to Scott and I am now the proud owner of the home that is everything I could want!

"When my husband and I decided to try to buy a home, we were apprehensive because our credit history was less than perfect.
