Anthony J. Hood, I have been in the mortgage industry now for the ten years and I have held positions in Management, Originator, and as a Loan Processor. I now continue the roll of Mortgage Planner/Client Relationship Manager and now Owner. Though my years of experience and networking throughout the banking and real estate industry this has opened a lot of doors to many new opportunities which all have the same basic principles," Taking care of your client's best interest and the rest will fall in place." - Anthony J. Equity Investment Capital, LLC is partnered with TMS Bank for all our mortgage lending transactions. With today's banking uncertainty we wanted to position our self with a Mortgage Broker to make sure they can fund all of our client's loans. Working with a Mortgage Broker instead of a Mortgage Banker allows us to be a little more versatile in these difficult times that many banks are experiencing. Equity Investment Capital, LLC, was established to handle investment strategies in the real estate market.

In today's troubled market there are tremendous opportunities for our clients to take advantage of. We provide our investors with direct contact with several bank inventories of there non-performing commercial and residential note portfolios of course at an extremely discounted cost ranging form ten to twenty cents on the dollar. Our pools are updated on weekly basis and tailored to meet the client's individual needs. We also help the smaller investor though our individual performing trust deed investments which average a 20% annual return or they may choose our investment pool which is averaging a 35% annual return. These notes always have the added security of at least 30% equity in the properties

. We have evolved to not just to help those looking to invest but also for those that are having more difficult time in today's economy.
