USDA does not have a FICO requirement so 618 midscore will not be a problem. Lenders do however have a minimum of 620 in order to approve the loan. if this score was rendered from one of the online site it may not be your actual score for mortgage purposes. You should have a pre-qualification done by a lender who is approved for USDA in order to determine wheter your credit needs some work to qualify.
