Jill:Credit is an essential part of purchasing a home. Though their are programs for people in your situation. You will need to sit down and go over your options in detail with a mortgage professional. Each client and their case is different. If you are in the Tennessee area I would love to discuss the process and your options. I can be reached at 888-546-7570 Extension 101.Thank you;Christina Solorzano;Mortgage BrokerFirst Financial Group TN LLP123FFG.com Mar 17th 2010
