Am I able to sell our home or do I need my husbands permission?

My husband and I have a house together, however the house is in my name and the mortgage is in both names. Am I able to sell our home or do I need his permission. , | Aug 6th 2009

Yes if he is on the mortgage he is on title and you would need his permission. What I don't understand is you say its your home? it depends if he is on title or not or on the the loan with you

How did you get the loan in the first place? Did you have him sign a quit claim so only you were on the title?
