Another question for the group

I know/understand that my situation will make me take a higher interest rate and all. But my question is this, how many down payment assistance programs is one allowed to use when getting a home loan? As of right now I have found 5 that I have qualified for totaling between $9,000 and $14,000. Normal,IL | Jan 26th 2010

You can only use one down payment assistance program. I will be glad to visit with you if you would like to give me a call or and email. We at JB Mortgage are specialists in helping people qualify for the best rate possible.Jim Brollier Email: jim@jbmortgage405-948-6060
