both me and my sister name are on the mortgage, i am married she not. problem is she say she not responsible for half just 1/3, because it is one of her and two of me. well truth but now my husband not working a full time job. so now i can not afford to pay 1/3- 1/3. what can i do to get out.

AL is correct, you are both legally responsible for the mortgage as both of you are on the mortgage note. It is in both of your interests to work on either selling the property, or refinancing it to just your name and buying her out (if there is any equity in the home) for her share due to the fact any late payments, etc. will affect both of your credit scores. I would also agree to talk to a real estate attorney in the city you live as real estate laws can vary depending on what state the property is located in.
