can buy a property in ne valued for taxes at 61500 or so for 15k. Have 6k to put down, had a ch 7 discharged in 10/08. current credit score is 604. Can you help or know of anyone who can? thanks

We would need your middle credit score to be above 620 in order to help finance this purchase. We would also require the application to be taken 2 years after your Chapter 7 Bankruptcy discharge date. Your best bet might be to go through the bank you use personally for this scenario.
