Happy New Year. With the current loan programs today you must have a minimum middle credit score of 620 to qualify. (middle score of the 3 major credit bureaus)With a 570 you are not that far away. I work with a company that can assist. Either give me a call at 248-361-1908 cell/office 856-672 3494 or follow this link http://partners.repairyourbadcredit.com/z/60/CD2151/Let me know if you have any questions. Heres to a Blessed and Prosperous New Year!!!!

As stated below the standard underwriting guidelines call for a minimum 620 middle credit score, however there are still a few lenders willing to go below the 620 mark. I have a flexible loan program that will go down below the 620 mark, but you will face a higher Interest Rate. The parameters for this program read: 580+ credit requires standard 3.5% down payment, 540+ credit requires 5% down payment, and 500+ credit requires 10% down payment. The difference in these requirements is there is NO Gift will be allowed. Individuals must show strong compensating factors in order to receive an Approval.
